Horizontal type screw discharging sinking centrifuge is a kind of suspension separating equipment utilizing the principle of centrifuging and sinking. Structural features1. Rotary drum and other principal parts are made from corrosion resistant stainless steel;2. Feeding screw adopts special wearing resistant measure, surfacing hard alloy protective layer or furnishing hard alloy wearing resistant plate.3. Big major axis ratio, high revolution. Have rotary drum cone-like structure of multi-angle;4. Choose cycloid lantern gear, planetary gear or hydraulic differential gear of heavy load and big transmission ratio;5. Differential revolution and torque may be adjusted automatically by materials concentration and discharge variation of micro-computer control system;6. Horizontal type screw discharging sinking centrifuge with BD plate may be used to concentrate, Dewater and separate first sinking and activated sludge of various kinds and proportions.
