Detailed Product Description
The greater surface area of flake ice in comparison to crushed ice provides a rapid cooling effect. The thin flakes are able to enter the spaces between the product to be cooled and block heat from the surroundings, providing an excellent ability to maintain low temperatures and retain moisture, qualities necessary for long-term preservation of fresh foods.
Flake ice machine is widely used for variety of applications, for example, retaining freshness transportation for vegetables & aquatic product, medium and large supermarkets, meat processing, fisher & aquatic product processing, chemical projects, concrete cooling projects, and temperature reduction in mines
Main Specifications 1. The compressor power is a reference value assuming a water supply temperature of 16,evaporation temperature of -20,condensation temperature of 40,and 50HZ power supply.
2. The standard power supply is 3-phase 380V,however 3-phase 60HZ,200V/220V or 440V may also be selected.
3. Flake ice makers are designed to operate solely with fresh water.
4. The evaporator is of the direct expansion type.
5. Ammonia may be selected as the refrigerant if required. Please contact us for specification for this refrigerant.
